Function as a HR & Operations Executive, responsible for Payroll Administration, Benefits/Compensation, Training & Development, Employee Relations.
\nCoordinating with all clients, managing HR & operations, gathering inputs, reports, Preparing consolidated HR & operations datasheets & reports, updating MIS.
\nHandle employee terminations, grievance and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair and respectful manner, working closely with legal counsel, supervisors and management.
\nDevelop job profiles and source candidates for HR & Operations support teams.
\nPlan and develop on-the-job training programs for line employees and career development
\nSupporting auditing operations with inputs as & whenever required.
\nGenerating financial reports based varies parameters requested by the top management
